Inese Kaufman
President
Since 1999, Inese has led a cadre of ICS Group consultants passionate about delivering high value for the clients they serve. Her 30 plus years of business experience convinced her that the quality of working relationships - true collaboration based on respect and integrity were critical for both individuals and organizations to succeed. That success meant not only meeting business goals, but meeting them by allowing the best the human in resources - to thrive. That people when treated well, who have the skills to work together and succeed at shared goals, are energized, committed, and productive resources true wealth in an organization. The ICS Group approach to professional development and client services reflect that perspective.

Inese built her career in the field of Information Technology with IBM and Control Data Corporations, where she held management positions and pioneered the use of technology based management information systems for Fortune 500 companies. Her background is international in scope, having worked with organizations in Asia, Europe, South America and Australia. As Director of International Affairs for a large non-profit organization, she used her skills to build organizational structures and develop processes that strengthened collaboration and created high performance teams.
Deborah A. Ezbitski, J.D.
Deborah is a consultant, facilitator and educator in project based organization strategy and management. Her work at ICS Group includes supporting and enhancing Project Management skills across organizations. In particular, Deborah has designed processes and programs to create the optimum project environment, and provided facilitation and coaching to project teams and team leaders designed to kick-off, manage and re-direct projects. She has focused on integrating the “people, processes, and tools” for establishing a Project Management Office.

Deborah has served as both an external and internal consultant for Fortune 500 and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of project management, leadership and professional development. Deborah’s industrial specialization has been in the area of pharmaceuticals and consumer products.
Nina L. Wasilewska, M.B.A.
As a consultant based in Paris and the US, Nina has a great track record of success in facilitating cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. She has worked with leadership to focus scarce resources on key projects to achieve the strategic goals while simultaneously embedding a common project management process across the company. Nina has managed the European integration of plants for a multinational manufacturing company, while establishing new systems and Project Management Best Practices for ongoing use in future projects.

She has a talent for getting optimal results from a diverse group of people, where a patient but firm professional approach builds commitment and resolves varying agendas and expectations. An effective facilitator, she injects enthusiasm and sense of accountability into tough situations.
Thomas H. Huebner, M.A.
Tom Huebner brings to clients project consulting that is a powerful blend of perceptive insight, sustained experience, reliable expertise and talented communication. For nearly 15 years at ICS Group, Tom has inspired hundreds of cross-functional work groups and teams from Manhattan to Beijing to get a shared grip on their projects and project environments. He is able to assess, advise, educate, facilitate and coach business leaders and people regarding what works in project processes and best practices, why it works and what makes it stick.

Tom calls upon more than 35 years of corporate experience, having led major training and technical documentation innovations at Control Data's information services division. Trained in information technology at IBM, Tom held sales/systems marketing and management positions at IBM and CDC.
Cinda Voegtli
Cinda is a consultant and facilitator with over 20 years of project experience. Her practical and bottom-line perspective on developing management, project, and people skills inside organizations has evolved from years of living projects from all sides - as a development engineer; as a project manager, release manager, and portfolio manager; as a line executive building new start-up organizations; and as a consultant introducing or improving processes to help get critical projects done successfully.

Cinda is a Past President of the worldwide IEEE Engineering Management Society and co-author of a handbook on rapid development techniques. She is passionate about using practical training and tools to develop business-savvy and amazingly synchronized cross-functional teams, and helping individuals cultivate the skills, attitudes, and experience that result in truly great project managers and team members.
K.C Yelin
K.C. Yelin is an educator and a consultant. For over 25 years she has helped people in organizations do things they never thought they could do, and have fun while doing them. This theme appears throughout her work - breaking complex topics into simple components, relating them visually and addressing the emotional factors that often surround successful achievement.

Focused primarily on improving business execution thorough the discipline of project management, K. C. is the founder and past President of ICS Group. Her pioneering work in the concept of "project based" organizations helped foster the growing recognition of the strategic importance of project and portfolio management as a vital leadership skill and organizational competency. Using these disciplines, her primary focus as a consultant is in helping leadership teams manage their resources effectively to achieve strategic goals.
Dr. Michael Aucoin
Dr. Michael Aucoin, PE, PMP is an internationally recognized leader in innovative approaches to the challenges of the high velocity workplace. Based in Texas, he provides training and consulting in project management and engineering management, drawing upon his extensive experience in diverse technology projects. He is the author of the books, Right-Brain Project Management, and, From Engineer to Manager: Mastering the Transition. Known for his platform skills, one participant commented, "I've NEVER had so much fun in a workshop."

Projects he has worked on have been recognized with the R&D 100 Award and the Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and has earned the Project Management Professional certification. Dr. Aucoin has served on the Board of Governors of the IEEE Engineering Management Society and also as their Vice President of Education. He has also served as a member of the B-241 Mishap Investigation Board with the NASA Johnson Space Center.
Christina Spira, PMP
With over 15 years of experience, Christine Spira is a seasoned consultant who works with organizations to achieve their strategic objectives through identification and execution of their prioritized projects.

Christine is proficient in project management, change management, leadership and people management, process and product development, training and meeting facilitation. She has traveled extensively implementing project and change management in the US, Europe, South America and the Near East. In addition to her consulting practice, Christine is a Project Management Instructor at Boston University Corporate Education Center.
William J. Spencer
William is an instructional designer and facilitator who designs and develops innovative soft skills learning systems for U.S. and overseas clients. William Spencer’s personal passion is using innovative and experiential learning methods. He creates highly engaging learning solutions that transfer learning to the workplace.

His learning systems use robust measurement to ensure tangible business results. The learning extends over time-and may include many elements: web-based learning, interactive group sessions, on-the-job learning tasks, self-directed learning, managerial support and periodic reinforcement.

He has worked with many Fortune 1000 companies in the financial, retail, professional services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, travel, and hospitality sectors, as well as with the U.S. federal government. Prior to joining ICS Group, Mr. Spencer served as senior consultant for the Forum Corporation. Originally from the United Kingdom, William has traveled extensively and worked internationally for 17 years.
Cynthia Franklin, M.S.O.D.
Cynthia specializes in change management and leadership development. She conducts team-building sessions, strategic planning retreats, large-scale change initiatives, and visioning sessions with senior executive staff. She also coaches senior executives in individual sessions.

She has also consulted to the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations Albany Office, and has taught undergraduate and graduate students at NYU and American University, respectively. Ms. Franklin holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Development from American University/NTL, and is a Certified Professional Coach.
