Audience: This course is targeted at individuals whose role requires them to understand and manage the level of risk and uncertainty associated with a project as well as report and manage to the level of risk tolerance that the organization has established.
Description: Participants in this 1-day interactive course learn to identify, categorize, and prioritize risk factors and experience the use of tools and techniques to manage project risk successfully. This course covers the collaborative use of practical tools such as Qualitative Risk techniques (e.g. Probability and Impact Matrix), Quantitative Risk analysis (e.g. decision trees), Risk Response Templates and Risk Monitoring and Control Plans.
