Duration: 1 Day

Audience: This course is targeted at individuals in all project roles - leading, managing or contributing to projects.

Description: This course teaches participants how to excel at project team collaboration and deliver project results that satisfy stakeholders and meet business objectives. Through case simulation exercises, participants experience how to solve typical project execution challenges and achieve enjoyable, smooth-running projects. They learn the power of combining practical and flexible progress tracking, team communication, and project adjustments, with vital cross-functional collaboration. The responsibility of the team, and every team member, is to keep the project going fast and forward despite the obstacles. This workshop shows participants how to use project management tools to ensure that issues are spotted early, collaborative decisions are made quickly, and scope and resource adjustments are made intelligently so that in the end the project meets the critical business objectives.

Learning Objectives: Upon completion, participants will understand:

  • How to hit demanding milestone dates without sacrificing quality or violating business goals
  • How to use look-ahead questions to anticipate problems and develop timely contingency plans
