ICS Group offers the Foundations of Project Management Workshop in a web-based instructor led format for those organizations that need to deliver training to multiple locations simultaneously.

Delivered in four sessions of 3 1/3 hours each, this web-based option enables workshop participants to gather at multiple locations to learn and engage with each other and the instructor. Using case studies and small group work, participants are engaged in active learning throughout the sessions.
